What do you need in the way of Harley-Davidson Clothing? Let's take a look at what you need for safety first. Of course, one of the joys of a Harley Davidson motorcycle is fast, faster and fastest! But you need to be safe while riding your HOG!

MOTORCYCLE HELMET

Wearing a helmet is a very personal choice but there have been a lot of lives saved by the use of a motorcycle helmet. If you decide that you want to wear a motorcycle helmet, you will want an official Harley Davidson helmet!

LEATHER MOTORCYCLE JACKETS

Not only do leather motorcycle jackets seem to be a requirement for the Harley Davidson personna, there is another important reason to wear a leather jacket. Leather motorcycle jacks provide protection from wind, bugs, dirt, etc during your ride and, in the case of a crash, will also provide defense against scrapes, scratches or burns.

If you are looking for a safe ride as well as looking good - make sure you choose a Harley Davidson motorcycle jacket.

LEATHER MOTORCYCLE PANTS OR CHAPS

Just like the leather motorcycle jacket helps to protect your upper body, a pair of leather pants or chaps will do the same for your lower body and will also complete your Harley Davidson look.

MOTORCYCLE BOOTS

Leather motorcycle boots are almost a "requirement" for riding a motorcycle. Not only for the look but they also help to protect your feet and legs from receiving burns from the motorcycle muffler in addition to preventing injuries in case of a crash.

Take it from someone who was hit by a car while riding when I was doing about 40mph with no jacket on and wearing only sneakers. Boots, jacket, and a helmet are a must.
